Q1-How to customize it?

Q2-What's the MOQ?

A: Flexiable MOQ is acceptable, lower to 20-100pcs (depending on style and Customization requirements）.

Q3: Will the fabric has color fading issue?

A：No, we will perform quality control on each batch of fabric before mass production to ensure they meet international quality standards. Some dark-colored fabrics may have a little bit of floating color during the first wash, but it will almost never happen during the second wash.

Q4: What's your sample policy and lead time?

A: You can provide us your design and specific fabric requirements. Or pictures of styles then we can make samples to you first.

Sample fee: Blank:8-20USD/Pcs,Customized sample:30-50USD/Pcs,sample time: 5-15 working days.

Customized design the sample fee is refundable when bulk order.It takes around one week for sample making once all details confirmed.The charge for new sample making is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order(About 200 Pcs per design per color).

Q5:What's the bulk leadtime?

A:If it is a custom design, it usually takes about 10-30 working days to complete (the final time needs to be determined based on the final order quantity).

Q6:What's your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms are Bank transfer T/T, Western Union, Trade Assurance. Paypal only available for sample order.

Q7:How about the delivery?

A: This is a problem concerns quite a few customers. As to small packages, we recommend the fastest express by DHL/UPS/FEDEX(Fast 3-7Working days), etc. For bulk order, by sea or by truck will be a cost effective choice when it is not urgent.

Q8: If there is any defective items of bulk order, how to process?

A:We are responsible for our product quality.If you found some items are unqualified, please contact our sales team then provide us the clear pictures or video about problems. We will check and provide solution in 2 working days. We will redo some goods to you or deduct the corresponding payment from the next order.
